It could be a breakfast of Eggs Benedict with home-made, heavenly Hollandaise; a lunch of pan-fried sea-bass on a bed of wilted spinach with a roasted red pepper sauce; a smooth, velvety Foie Gras and chicken liver parfait with a glass of our Knappstein Three; or a Bourguignon made of oxtail with Pomme Mousseline and a bottle of Pommerol. Perhaps you will choose a best end of lamb, cooked perfectly with our Dauphinoise potatoes and a Pinot Nior to compliment it. You could opt for scallops with confit leek and Avruga caviar with a glass of Cloudy Bay, or maybe a tasting platter of ten of the best cheeses in Britain and France with wines to match.
 
Our wine list is available to view online. We’re proud of it, with good reason. Our A La Carte wine list is not only exceptional, but also exceptionally priced, as are our Grand Vins, which are now available by the glass.
