It could be a breakfast of Eggs Benedict with home-made, heavenly Hollandaise; a lunch of pan-fried sea-bass on a bed of wilted spinach with a roasted red pepper sauce; a smooth, velvety foie gras and chicken liver parfait with a glass of our Knappstein Three; or a navarin of lamb with baby spring vegetables and a bottle of Pomerol.
